15 Jul. 2025

VDA QMC China introduces a new training Course: intacs® Certified Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis (ID 844). With the first online session starting on August 11th, this training is designed for Automotive SPICE® assessors who plan to perform Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis activities, process experts who support internal evaluation and improvement activities, and others who are interested.

Focused on the Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis PAM, this one-day training explains the Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis Process Reference and Assessment Model and prepares participants for its application in intacs®- and VDA-accepted potential analysis activities. The content includes:

  • Motivation of the Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis PAM

  • Influence on the intacs® certification scheme

  • Introduction and Overview of the Model

  • Process Dimension including Guidelines

  • Scope of Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis PAM

  • Rating mechanism defined in Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis PAM

  • Performing an Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis

Compared to a full Automotive SPICE® 4.0 Assessment, the Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis has reduced content, focusing solely on capability level 1 and requiring fewer samples to evaluate. This makes it significantly less time-consuming. Mastering Automotive SPICE® Potential Analysis PAM enables enterprises to efficiently evaluate the capabilities of potential partners in engineering and technical areas, crucial for enhancing assessment efficiency and reducing operational costs.

From now until December 31, 2025, those who register for the course will also receive an early bird discount. To secure your spot for the first courses or future trainings, please use our training booking system (ITMT) .
